1. Booking and Payment:

The RESET Journey 2025 will take place from January 5th to March 30th, 2025, with the onsite retreat held from February 1-28, 2025, at El Sonesta Posadas del Inca Yucay, Peru.

Participants must complete the registration process and submit a 25% non-refundable deposit upon registration to confirm their spot. A second payment of 40% is due by November 15, 2024, and the final payment of 35% is due by January 15, 2025.

2. Cancellation Policy:

For participant-initiated cancellations, a full refund minus the 25% non-refundable deposit will be issued if canceled before November 15, 2024. If canceled between November 16, 2024, and December 15, 2024, a 50% refund of the total fee will be provided, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations between December 16, 2024, and January 15, 2025, will receive a 25% refund of the total fee, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations after January 15, 2025. The initial 25% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

In the event of organizer-initiated cancellation or postponement, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Efforts will be made to find suitable replacement teachers to continue the retreat as planned. If a replacement is not possible, participants may choose to apply their non-refundable deposit to a rescheduled event date, transfer their spot and deposit to another person, or receive a refund of all payments made minus the initial 25% non-refundable deposit.

3. Health and Safety:

Participation in the RESET Journey is voluntary and at your own risk. You confirm that you are in good health and physically fit to participate in the activities. Any medical conditions or concerns must be communicated to the organizers prior to the event.

4. Travel Arrangements:

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their travel to and from the retreat location. The location is accessible from Cuzco Airport via a 1-hour taxi drive. Any additional expenses incurred during travel or stay are the participant’s responsibility.

5. Behavior and Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without a refund. A manual with rules of participation, practical information, and other details will be sent to all participants prior to the retreat.

6. Liability Waiver:

The organizers, including Kasper Karup and Raquel Koya Mapelli, are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the retreat. Participants agree to hold the organizers harmless and indemnify them against any claims arising from their participation.

7. Insurance:

Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

8. Changes to Itinerary:

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event itinerary, including activity schedules, accommodations, and locations, as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

9. Photography and Media:

By participating, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the organizers in advance.

10. Compliance with Local Laws:

Participants must comply with all local laws and regulations while attending the event in Peru.

11. Agreement:

By paying the initial deposit, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
